Why did the leaving-home reminder not trigger?

Check that location permission is allowed and leaving-home checks are enabled in the app. iOS may delay reminders based on location state, battery, and background policies.

What if ticket screenshot recognition is inaccurate?

Use a clear, complete ticket screenshot. If the extracted details are incomplete, you can manually edit the ticket in the app.

Why is weather slightly different from what I see elsewhere?

Weather can vary by destination, time, data provider, update frequency, and network conditions. Treat it as a packing and outfit reference.

Why are widgets, Dynamic Island, or Live Activities not showing?

Make sure you have an active trip and that iOS allows Live Activities, notifications, and widget refresh. Restarting the app may also help.
